Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active New Hampshire physical therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Experience in skilled nursing facility settings preferred.
• Ability to manage caseloads that include post-acute rehabilitation and chronic care patients.
• Current CPR certification preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior travel therapy experience preferred.
• Experience with outcome measurement tools and documentation in electronic medical record systems preferred.

Assignment Details

• Work days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday.
• Shift hours: 0800-1630.
• Guaranteed weekly hours: 36.
• Candidate may be required to float to other nearby facilities as needed.
