Title: CONSULTANT (Plant Connectivity)


Location: Cincinnati, Cleveland, Detroit, Nashville, Atlanta (WFH / Remote)


Position : Fulltime


Job Description:

• 10+ years in Manufacturing IT, specializing in MES, IIoT, and ERP solutions.
• Expertise in MES architecture, Master Data Management, MBOM, Routing, Work Instructions, Equipment, and Materials.
• Strong experience in Discrete Manufacturing, digitization projects, and integration with SCADA, MES, and ERP systems.
• Proficient in Plant Connectivity solutions like OPC-UA, SCADA, Kepware, and Ignition (Ignition-trained or Gold-certified preferred).
• Experience acting as a Solution Architect, gathering client requirements for MES, ERP, and SCADA.
• Proven track record of global delivery, with experience managing both onsite and offshore teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience handling escalations and reporting to management.
• Strong client-facing skills, with the ability to lead workshops and design solutions for complex problems.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and design MES, IIoT, and ERP solutions for manufacturing clients.
• Drive revenue growth through direct consulting and support pre-sales activities.
• Collaborate with teams in a multi-stakeholder environment to deliver on technology solutions.
• Manage end-to-end project delivery from solution architecture to implementation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science.
• 10+ years of experience in consulting or manufacturing firms, with a focus on Industry 4.0 and Smart Manufacturing solutions.
