What You’ll Do:

• You'll spend your days engaging with customers to understand their automotive needs and providing expert advice.
• You'll be responsible for managing service appointments and ensuring timely communication with customers about their vehicle status.
• You'll collaborate with technicians to create repair orders and provide customers with detailed service recommendations.

What You’ll Bring:

• Experience in the automotive industry is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
• A genuine passion for providing excellent customer service.
