Job SummaryCuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Cath Lab Tech - Cardiology to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities- Perform diagnostic and interventional procedures in the cath lab, ensuring patient safety and adherence to protocols.
- Scrub and monitor during procedures, employing expertise in conscious moderate sedation.
- Collaborate with a dynamic team of RNs and medical staff for optimal patient care management.
- Maintain cath lab equipment, including operation of Meditech and Mac Lab EMR systems.
- Rotate on-call duties, including nights and weekends, to provide comprehensive care.
- Assist with maintaining the unit's smooth operation, showing initiative and teamwork.
- Minimum 6 months of current acute care hospital Cath Lab Tech experience.
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
- ARRT (R), with RCIS or RCES credentials.
- Willingness to register as a Fluoroscopy Operator in Colorado with DORA.
- Exposure to EP scrubbing procedures preferred.
- Proficiency with Philips equipment and Meditech experience is advantageous.
