We are looking or a dependable, motivated Supervisor / Crew Leader to join our growing pressure washing company. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who can manage crews, communicate professionally with customers, and lead by example on the field.

The Position is Great For People With Experience In:

·       Construction crew leadership

·       Landscaping or hardscaping crews

·       Roofing or exterior contracting

·       Lawn care management

·       Painting crews

·       General labor supervision

·       Property maintenance

·       Concrete or paving crews

·       Window cleaning or exterior cleaning services

·       Any fast-paced management role

Requirements:

·       Clean driving record

·       Leadership and/or management experience

·       Reliable transportation

·       Strong work ethic and positive attitude

·       Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

·       Comfortable handing physical labor and equipment

·       Great communication and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

·       Lead and supervise pressure washing crews

·       Drive company vehicle and transport equipment safely

·       Ensure jobs are completed efficiently and to company standards

·       Train and motivate team members

·       Communicate with customers professionally onsite

·       Maintain equipment and job site organization
