SUMMER LANDSCAPE TEAM MEMBER (PAID TRAINING)
Landscaping365 | Dublin & Northwest Columbus
$18.50–$20.00/hr Starting Pay | Weekly Pay | Daytime Schedule
A hands-on outdoor summer job that keeps you active, builds real landscaping skills, and pays weekly—without early mornings or indoor shifts.
We’re hiring dependable, hardworking people to join our landscape team for the remainder of the season.
No landscaping experience required.
We train you our proven landscaping system from the ground up so you can build consistent, professional-quality work. What matters most is showing up, working hard, and being willing to learn.
THIS JOB IS A GREAT FIT FOR:

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
• Landscape bed maintenance
• Weeding and cleanup projects
• Mulching
• Planting flowers, shrubs, and perennials
• Lawn and property detail work
• Learn professional landscaping skills directly from the owner

SCHEDULE:
Monday–Friday
9:30 AM – 3:30 PM (typical work window)
No 6:00 AM starts—designed for a summer-friendly schedule.
*Occasionally extended for job completion when needed
PAY:
• $18.50–$20.00/hr starting pay (based on reliability and performance)
• Weekly pay
