****MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH ASPHALT AND OUTSIDE*******
- Site Preparation: Cleaning, sweeping, and preparing surfaces (curbs, gutters) for paving, including digging and repairing potholes.
- Asphalt Application: Shoveling, spreading, raking, and luting hot asphalt mix to proper grade and thickness.
- Compaction & Finishing: Operating or assisting with rollers, plate compactors, and pavement saws to ensure proper density and smooth finish.
- Equipment Maintenance: Cleaning and maintaining tools,, vehicles, and machinery (shovels, rakes, spray cans) after daily use.
- Safety & Traffic Control: Setting up traffic cones, signs, and acting as a flagger to manage traffic around the work zone
