About the Position

LocumJobsOnline is working with Wellhart, LLC to find a qualified Rad - Diagnostic MD in Eureka, California, 95503!

We are seeking a Physician - General Diagnostic Radiology with Light IR for a 42-day assignment with our client in California, starting Sep 7, 2026. This role involves 9-hour shifts, focusing on diagnostic radiology with light interventional procedures, primarily paracentesis and thoracentesis.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Perform diagnostic radiology interpretations, including X-Ray, CT, MRI, US, and NM.
• Manage approximately 70 cases per day.
• Conduct light interventional radiology procedures, primarily paracentesis and thoracentesis.
• Perform procedures such as fluoroscopy, biopsies, and abscess/fluid drainage.

Additional Information

• Board certification required in Diagnostic Radiology, and Interventional Radiology and Diagnostic Radiology.
