  • Shift: Night Shift
  • Schedule: 3x12
  • Experience Required: 2 Years
  • Weekly Pay: $1660 to $1860
Responsibilities
  • Provide direct nursing care to telemetry patients with cardiac and medical conditions
  • Continuously monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and telemetry data
  • Perform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor changes in condition
  • Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments as prescribed
  • Respond promptly to cardiac rhythm changes and medical emergencies
  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care
  • Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, medications, treatment plans, and discharge instructions
  • Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
  • Ensure compliance with patient safety, infection prevention, and quality care standards
Requirements
  • Active RN License in North Carolina
  • Minimum 2 years of recent Telemetry, PCU, Stepdown, or Acute Care nursing experience
  • Current BLS Certification required
  • ACLS Certification required
  • Strong cardiac rhythm interpretation and patient assessment skills
  • Excellent critical thinking and clinical decision-making abilities
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare environment
  • Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care
