The Role
Entegris is currently seeking an experiencedMaterial Handler III, MRB Coordinatorto join ourInventory Controlteam. This position will be based in ourBurnet, TXfacility.
In this role, you will:
As an MRB Coordinator, you will play a critical role in managing nonconforming material processes, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives within a chemical manufacturing environment.
Shift Information:This is a full-time,M-Fon-site role at the Burnet, TX facility. Standard day shift with occasional overtime as business needs require.
WhatYou'llDo
Coordinate MRB activitiesby reviewing, documenting, and processing nonconforming materials in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.You will us Excel and various reports to perform data analysis.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams(Quality, Engineering, Production, and Supply Chain) to determine disposition of nonconforming materials,implement corrective actionsandto ensure timely disposition/closure.
Maintain accurate recordsof MRB transactions in ERP systems, ensuring timely updates and compliance with documentation standards.
Perform material movementsandprocessing of ordersbased ondisposition direction to include physical movement.
Maintaininventorysegregation, trackingand overall management of nonconforming materials.
Support audits and inspectionsby providing MRB documentation and ensuring adherence to ISO and safety standards.
Drive continuous improvementinitiatives related to inventory control and material handling processes.
WhatWeSeek
Experience:Minimum 3 years in MRB coordination, quality control, or inventory management in a manufacturing setting (chemical industry preferred).
Education:High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's orbachelor's degree in supply chain, Quality, or related field preferred.
Technical Skills:Proficiency in SAP (MM/QM modules), ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge:Strong understanding of NCMR processes, material handling, and quality standards (ISO 9001, AS9100 preferred).
Skills:Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred:
Forklift experience
Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement.
Familiarity with hazardous material handling and chemical safety protocols.
