We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate design leader to guide the creative direction and execution of diverse projects. You will be instrumental in developing world-class creative solutions across multiple channels, ensuring brand consistency, and elevating our visual storytelling. Responsibilities:
- Lead creative direction and design execution for assigned projects from concept through final delivery.
- Conceptualize, design, and oversee the production of world-class creative solutions across multiple channels.
- Present and articulate creative concepts that align with strategic objectives and business goals.
- Ensure all deliverables adhere to brand, corporate, legal, and regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain brand consistency and quality across all design work.
- Mentor and guide designers, providing constructive feedback and supporting skill development.
- Collaborate with copywriters and project/account team leads to support planning, timelines, and execution.
- Stay current on design trends, tools, and emerging technologies to continuously elevate creative output, including AI capabilities and technology.
- Follow established content studio workflows, file management standards, and promotional review processes.
- Partner with creative leadership to develop engaging design executions aligned with market branding, medical, regulatory, and legal standards.
- Ensure designs meet business requirements as set forth in creative briefs.
- Design and produce creative assets across print, web (including responsive), and rich media.
- Apply art direction and feedback to deliver high-quality design work.
- Build and manage creative files efficiently according to project specifications and brand standards.
- Understand production and media requirements and apply them to design execution.
- Contribute to a positive, high-performing creative team culture.

- Animated Banners (PSD files with multiple layers)
- Gifs and MOV files (15-30 seconds long)
- Social media content (reels)
- Emails
- Presentations
Tools you'll use:
- Figma
- Jira
- Smartsheet
- Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects)
- Prototyping software
- HTML video editing tools
- Other web design applications
**Qualifications:**
- Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic design for print and digital.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Proficiency using Figma for design systems, prototyping, and digital layout design.
- 2+ years of knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects software.
- 1 year of experience with prototyping software, HTML video editing tools, and other web design applications.
- A strong creative portfolio showcasing print and digital work.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Experience in marketing for highly regulated industries, such as pharmaceutical marketing.
The target hiring compensation for this role is $46.00/hour. Compensation is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location
