Lead Superintendent - Traveling

We are one of the Nation's leading General Contractors in Multi-family construction. With offices all over the country and a regional presence, we are looking for a traveling Project Superintendent to join the team and start on one of our high density projects in Northeast Nashville, TN. What you will do:

  • Multi-family new construction projects; Podiums, Wraps and Garden-style
  • Lead projects from start to finish, manage site crews
  • Ensure project completion on time and on budget
  • Manage relationship with subcontractors

What you need:

  • 5+ years of Multi-family Construction experience
  • Lead one Multi-family start to finish
  • High School Diploma
  • Able to travel
