Job Location: Onsite in Bakersfield
1st shift
Job Salary: $42 - $50/hr + OT + 5% bonus ($5,000)
Requirements: 5+ years of experience supporting Tetra Pak equipment
Relocation packages between $5k - $15k are available for non local candidates

We are seeking a skilled Tetra Pak Maintenance Technician to join our team. The primary purpose of this role is to ensure the optimal performance of Tetra Pak equipment through effective maintenance and troubleshooting. The technician will be responsible for both preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize equipment downtime and improve efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance on Tetra Pak equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems as needed.
- Implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize equipment failures.
- Conduct inspections and tests on equipment to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to identify areas for process improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment repairs.
- Assist in the calibration of equipment and systems to ensure proper functionality.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a maintenance technician, preferably in a Tetra Pak or similar environment.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Experience with troubleshooting and repairing complex equipment.
- Familiarity with preventive maintenance best practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of safety standards and procedures in maintenance operations.
- Nice to have: experience with pasteurizers and repair processes, as well as skills in process improvement and calibration.
