  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, contribute to project planning and continuously improve development standards, testing and QA processes.

  • Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases such as DB2 and PostgreSQL (Postgres/PostgreSQL).
  • Experience with cloud database services and infrastructure (AWS, RDS, Azure) and deploying BI solutions in cloud environments.
  • Familiarity with ETL tools and processes; experience with SSIS or equivalent ETL frameworks is a plus.
  • Experience integrating Qlik with other BI/analytics tools (Tableau, Power BI, Crystal Reports) and with data visualization best practices.
  • Programming/scripting experience with Python, Java or Ruby is desirable for automation, extensions and custom integrations.
  • Domain experience in transportation, logistics, supply chain or TMS solutions (Truckmate, CargoWise, MercuryGate or similar) is highly desirable.
  • Practical knowledge of Transportation Management Systems (TMS) concepts and common data flows in logistics operations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to data quality and performance, and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver BI solutions.
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Relevant certifications (Qlik, AWS, Azure) are a plus.
