MEP superintendent - Data Centers MEP Superintendent - Mission Critical

Position Overview
The MEP Superintendent - Mission Critical will oversee and manage mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems for mission-critical facilities, ensuring the successful execution of projects in data centers and related environments. The role involves coordinating with various teams, maintaining high-quality standards, and adhering to project timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the installation and maintenance of MEP systems in data centers and mission-critical facilities.
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project goals are met.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor construction activities and compliance with safety standards.
  • Oversee the commissioning process of MEP systems to ensure proper functionality and performance.
  • Assist in the preparation of project schedules, budgets, and reports for stakeholders.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members on MEP-related issues.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as an MEP Superintendent in mission-critical environments such as data centers or cold storage facilities.
  • Strong knowledge of MEP systems and construction processes.
  • Experience in managing large-scale industrial or manufacturing projects.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to travel as required for project needs.
