American Traveler is hiring an MRI Technologist for a 13-week travel contract in the Magnetic Resonance Imaging department, requiring ARRT or ARMRIT MR certification and GE scanner experience.
Details- MRI department in an acute care hospital setting
- Monday through Friday, 1st shift with typical start times of 8:30 AM or 9:00 AM; 10-hour shift schedules may be considered
- On-call required based on department needs, currently averaging 1–2 shifts per week Monday through Friday until 11:00 PM, and every 3rd–4th weekend from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM
- Holiday on-call coverage required as needed
- May be required to float within skill set onsite or to nearby facilities within 40 miles
- Epic EMR used
- Minimum of 1 year of MRI experience
- ARMRIT or ARRT MR certification required
- Active Wisconsin state license required at the time of consideration; license required if applicable
- BLS certification required (AHA-issued)
- GE scanner experience required
- Travel experience preferred
- Epic EMR experience preferred
- Must possess a US Social Security Number and provide a US domestic home address
- Perform MRI imaging procedures across a range of patient needs within the department's scope
- Local candidates are welcome to apply; however, candidates living within the facility's radius may be subject to a reduced pay rate
