Assignment Duration\nThis is a 13-week contract position.
Schedule\nShift: 06:45 AM - 07:15 PM, Every other weekend (Saturday and Sunday).
Job Description\nWe are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Behavioral Health team. The RN will provide care in a supportive environment focused on improving patient outcomes in a diverse population. This position requires a commitment to psychiatric nursing, with an emphasis on geriatric psychiatric care and medical floor experience preferred.
Responsibilities\n- \n
- Deliver quality care to patients with behavioral health issues. \n
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive treatment plans. \n
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed. \n
- Utilize electronic health records (EHR) for patient documentation. \n
- \n
- Minimum of 2 years of psychiatric nursing experience. \n
- Valid RN license in Tennessee. \n
- BLS certification required. \n
- HWC certification (available on site). \n
- Experience with common diagnoses such as Alzheimer's, behavioral disturbances, and depression is preferred. \n
