Job Summary\n

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Mammography Tech to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities\n

\n
• Perform screening and diagnostic mammograms utilizing advanced imaging technologies.
\n
• Ensure patient care by providing clear instructions and maintaining a professional demeanor.
\n
• Coordinate with Radiology department and support staff to manage patient caseload effectively.
\n
• Maintain accurate documentation in Epic charting system.
\n
• Adhere to radiation safety protocols and infection control procedures at all times.
\n
• Participate in scheduled shifts including some weekend coverage as needed.
\n

Qualifications\n

\n
• Valid certification as a Mammography Technologist (ARRT M) and Radiologic Technologist (ARRT R).
\n
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
\n
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in mammography, including digital mammography and 3-D technology.
\n
• Experience using Epic charting system preferred.
\n
• Ability to work effectively with adults and geriatrics in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
\n
• Willingness to work 1-2 Saturdays per month and 2 major holidays.
\n
