Required Qualifications

- Minimum 1 year of Postpartum/Mother-Baby RN experience \n
- BLS Certification \n
- NRP Advanced Provider Certification (NRP Essentials is not accepted) \n
- Active RN License \n
Facility & Unit Information

- Patient Ratio: Typically 3:1–4:1 (1:4 couplet care), occasionally 2:1 based on acuity \n
- EMR: Meditech & CPN \n
