\n ### Requirements

\n ✔ Active RN License
\n ✔ Minimum 3+ Years of Operating Room Experience
\n ✔ Current AHA BLS Certification
\n ✔ Current ACLS Certification
\n ✔ Recent Orthopedic OR Experience (Required)
\n ✔ Neuro OR Experience in a Level I or Level II Trauma setting (Required)
\n ✔ Experience with circulating and/or scrub roles preferred

\n ### Responsibilities

\n * Deliver comprehensive perioperative nursing care before, during, and after surgical procedures.
\n * Circulate and assist during a variety of orthopedic and neurological surgeries.
\n * Maintain a sterile environment and ensure adherence to surgical safety protocols.
\n * Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and the surgical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
\n * Monitor patients throughout the perioperative process and respond quickly to changing conditions.
\n * Accurately document patient care using **EPIC EMR**.
\n * Participate in weekday and weekend on-call rotation as assigned.
