    Job Details
  • Travel Emergency Department Registered Nurse position at La Porte Hospital, Indiana.
  • Fast-paced rural emergency department setting with 23 beds.
  • Patient ratio possibly 4 or 5 to 1.
  • EMR system: Cerner preferred.
  • Scrub color: navy blue.
    Job Requirements
  • Registered Nurse licensure in Indiana required.
  • 1-2 years of Emergency Room experience required.
  • De-Escalation Training required.
  • Must attach required license and certifications with submission.
  • Driver's license and permanent home address required on submission; address must match ID.
  • Travelers must be greater than 50 miles from facility; local candidates not accepted.
    Schedule Information
  • Shift: 6:45pm to 7:15am (night shift).
  • No on-call requirements.
  • Floating required every third weekend; may float to Starke Emergency Department.
  • Block scheduling not an option.
  • 36 hours per week.
