Babysitter Needed for my Children - Full-time / Part-time

I am a father of three children ages 8, 6, and 3 seeking a dependable and caring caregiver. My kids are active, creative, and enjoy a mix of indoor and outdoor activities. My oldest loves arts and crafts, my son enjoys video games and sports, and my youngest is energetic and loves interactive play. I am looking for someone who can provide a safe, positive environment, prepare simple snacks or meals, and keep the children engaged with age-appropriate activities. Experience with multiple children is preferred. The ideal caregiver is reliable, patient, communicative, and genuinely enjoys working with children. CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.
