IT Project Manager - Now Hiring

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Senior IT Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex, large-scale technology initiatives. In this role, you will lead cross-functional technical teams (including DevOps, Full Stack Engineers, and Data Analytics teams) to deliver robust digital solutions on time and within budget. You will act as the critical bridge between executive leadership, stakeholders, and technical execution teams, ensuring ultimate alignment with our business objectives.

### Key Responsibilities

• Project Lifecycle Management: Lead IT projects from inception through deployment, utilizing Agile, Scrum, or hybrid methodologies.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Direct and collaborate with Senior Full Stack Engineers, DevOps, and Data Analytics teams to track sprint progress and resolve technical blockers.
• Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for executive leadership and external clients, providing transparent roadmap updates, risk assessments, and milestone reporting.
• Resource & Budget Allocation: Manage project budgets up to enterprise levels, optimize resource allocation, and ensure maximum efficiency across engineering pipelines.
• Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify project risks, technical dependencies, and scope creep; develop robust contingency plans to keep delivery timelines on track.
• Process Optimization: Implement and refine project management frameworks, engineering workflows, and documentation standards to scale operational efficiency.

### Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 7+ years of experience leading complex IT and software development projects, ideally within enterprise cloud environments or fast-paced technical consulting.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).
• Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional) and/or CSM (Certified ScrumMaster) are highly preferred.
• Technical Literacy: Deep understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC), cloud architecture (AWS/Azure), CI/CD pipelines, and data engineering infrastructure.
• Tools: Expert proficiency with modern project management toolsets (Jira, Confluence, Asana, Microsoft Project/Teams).
• Communication: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a proven ability to translate complex technical jargon into clear business value for stakeholders.
