Quality Specialist

Valgroup is hiring a Quality Specialist to support our manufacturing facility in Findlay, Ohio.

What you will do:

Manage the Document Management System (DMS)
Support ISO and SQF culture and practices
Assist with internal and external quality audits
Support customer satisfaction surveys and initiatives
Assist with quality issue resolution
Collaborate with cross-functional teams

Skills needed for success:

Associate degree or equivalent work experience
1-2 years of quality and/or manufacturing experience
Working knowledge of ISO 9001 and SQF standards
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Effectively work with cross-functional teams
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Experience supporting quality audits and document management preferred
