Job Description
Facility: Santee Health Center – Dialysis Unit
Location: Niobrara, NE
Department: Hemodialysis / Dialysis Center
Duration: 13 Weeks
Schedule: Variable Days
Shift: 12-hour shifts (6:00am – 6:00pm)
Hours: 36 hrs/week guaranteed
Schedule Pattern: Monday / Wednesday / Friday
OT possible but not guaranteed
$38 – $40 per hour
Weekly Pay: $1,368 – $1,440/week
Certified Clinical Hemodialysis Technician (CCHT) required
Dialysis technician experience required
BLS Certification preferred/required
Experience with hemodialysis machines required
Patient care experience required
Ability to monitor vitals and respond to dialysis complications
Strong communication and patient support skills
Set up, operate, and clean dialysis machines
Monitor patients during dialysis treatment
Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures
Educate patients on dialysis process and care
Assist nurses and physicians in dialysis care coordination
Respond to emergencies in the dialysis unit
Maintain treatment records and documentation
Support patient training and education materials when needed
