Previous Automotive Service Manager Experience Required.
Ken Ganley Hyundai of Norwalk is looking for a Service Manager to manage the activities of our high-volume service department, meet performance targets, and ensure exceptional customer service is practiced.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the service department operations, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality service.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of service advisors and technicians to achieve their best performance.
- Manage customer interactions, addressing any concerns and ensuring satisfaction with service provided.
- Analyze service department performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Required: Proven experience in an automotive service management role.
- Required: Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Required: Knowledge of automotive repair processes and service department operations.
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate and hold teams accountable
- Experience with CDK, Reynolds, or similar DMS
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
