About this job
The Building Technician I supports the maintenance and operation of building systems by assisting senior technicians with a variety of mechanical, electrical, and utility-related tasks.
Shift: 2nd Sunday-Thursday 3pm-11pm
Essential Duties
- Painting-related projects
- Ensures timely and accurate completion of all required paperwork
- Uses tools and equipment that are standard issue and do not need further calibration or adjustment. Keeps tools and work areas in a clean and orderly manner
- Works on and completes all facility team-based goals
- Observes and complies with all company safety policies. Uses required personal protective equipment while satisfying all work requests
- Other duties as required
Minimum Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent
- 0-2 years of painting experience
- Demonstrates a professional demeanor, positive attitude, and strong work ethic
- Good communication skills (oral and written)
- Must be punctual and dependable
