Manufacturing Associate - Now Hiring

Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the Production Department supporting the Manufacturing Team. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, reliability, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Machine Operator
Location: Wilkesboro
Pay Range: $18.00/hour

What’s the Job?

• Read blueprints and use measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers
• Operate machinery including lathes, mills, surface grinders, and CNC/Komo machines
• Perform material handling, preparation, and general production tasks
• Complete preventative maintenance inspections at the start of each shift
• Support general warehouse duties and work overtime as needed to meet production demands

What’s Needed?

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds (team lift required for heavier items)
• Basic math skills and ability to read and understand technical drawings
• Availability to work 3rd shift (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM, Sunday–Thursday)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred but not required
