Maintenance Tech

Our client, a leading advanced manufacturing company, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting plant operations, production teams, and facility systems. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, mechanical aptitude, and a safety-focused mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $28-$30 depending on experience 
 

What's the Job?

• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of production equipment, facility systems, and crystal growth furnaces to ensure safe and efficient operations.
• Install, maintain, and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, pneumatic, and mechanical systems throughout the facility.
• Diagnose equipment issues and replace defective components such as motors, pumps, bearings, gears, transformers, and electrical components.
• Support equipment installations, process improvements, and automated systems utilizing PLCs, PCs, and HMIs.
• Perform general building and grounds maintenance while adhering to OSHA, company safety standards, and on-call maintenance requirements.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 3 years of industrial maintenance, facilities maintenance, or related experience.
• Strong background in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, pneumatic, and industrial equipment maintenance.
• Experience with welding (MIG, TIG, Stick), machining equipment, and process cooling water systems.
• Ability to read blueprints, wiring schematics, equipment manuals, and use Microsoft Office applications.
