Our client, a leader in advanced industrial manufacturing, is seeking a Journeyman Electrician to join their team. As a Journeyman Electrician, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting critical production systems, facility infrastructure, and electrical controls. The ideal candidate will have advanced technical expertise, a dedicated commitment to safety, and strong problem-solving skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Milford, NH
Pay Range: $28.00 - $38 per hour depending on experience
What’s the Job?

Install, troubleshoot, and repair complex electrical systems, motor controls, and VFDs while ensuring compliance with NEC and OSHA standards.

Maintain and calibrate process equipment, fire alarm systems, building access controls, and Ethernet network infrastructure.

Perform electrical load calculations for new equipment installations and upgrades, including the installation of EMT, IMC, and RMC conduit.

Utilize advanced diagnostic tools, such as IR cameras and DMMs, to identify root causes of equipment failure and implement corrective procedures.

Support overall facility reliability through a rotating on-call schedule and versatile maintenance tasks including HVAC, plumbing, and building systems.
What’s Needed?

Active Journeyman Electrician License and a High school diploma or GED.

At least 5 years of industrial electrical maintenance experience with 3 years specifically focused on industrial controls.

Provable expertise working safely with voltages up to 640V DC and 480V AC.

Proficiency in reading blueprints, wiring schematics, and using shop math, including algebra and trigonometry.

Ability to work on a rotating on-call schedule and pass requirements for respirator use (Full-face or PAPR).
