Human Resources Payroll Specialist

Our client, a dynamic organization in the Winn, MI area, is seeking a dedicated Human Resources Payroll Specialist to join their team. As a Human Resources Payroll Specialist, you will be an essential part of the HR department supporting payroll processing, administrative functions, and recruiting efforts. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Human Resources Payroll Specialist

Location: Winn, MI

Shift: 7 am - 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

• Process bi-weekly payroll using ADP, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Review and sign off on all employee timecards and payroll batches
• Manage employee changes such as status updates and pay adjustments
• Support recruiting activities through administrative assistance
• Maintain accurate employee records and manage data integrity

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1–3 years of payroll and HR administrative experience REQUIRED
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and formulas REQUIRED
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
