2nd Shift Forklift Operator - Now Hiring

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a 2nd Shift Forklift Operator to join their team. As a 2nd Shift Forklift Operator, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting production and logistics teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: 2nd Shift Forklift Operator

Location: Lewis Center, OH

Pay Range: $20

Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM

What's the Job?

• Operate forklift safely and efficiently
• Follow all safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment
• Complete monthly engagement safety forms accurately
• Read and interpret bills of materials to support inventory management
• Assist with basic maintenance and data entry for breakdown calls

What's Needed?

• Must have prior forklift experience listed on resume
• Ability to lift a minimum of 45 lbs regularly
• Basic understanding of material handling equipment
• Strong interpersonal skills and respect for others
• Basic computer skills and ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
• Successful completion of all required safety training courses
