CWR-Warehouse Associate I

Our client, a leading organization in the logistics and transportation industry, is seeking a CWR-Warehouse Associate I to join their team. As a CWR-Warehouse Associate I, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting shipping, receiving, and inventory management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: CWR-Warehouse Associate I

Location: Franklin, MA

Pay Range: $19.75

Shift: Tues-Sat, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

What's the Job?

• Assist with shipping and receiving activities, including unloading trucks and checking in merchandise
• Match purchase orders to sales orders and distribute orders to sales associates for processing
• Read customer orders, work orders, and shipping requisitions to determine items to be moved, gathered, or shipped
• Ensure the warehouse is accessible and safe for employees and customers
• Complete work in a safe manner, adhering to all safety policies and procedures

What's Needed?

• Ability to lift, push, or pull at least 75 pounds
• Basic written and verbal communication skills in English
• Basic computer skills
• Availability to work various shifts, including days, evenings, nights, and weekends
• Experience in dock or warehouse operations within the transportation industry is a plus
