JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Board: Board Certified in Interventional Radiology (Required)
  
• Licenses: Active MI Medical License 
  
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS 
  
• Other Qualifications: Local provider preferred; Clean malpractice & license history; NPDB self-query required
