About the Position

We are seeking an Emergency Medicine Physician for a 6-day locum tenens assignment in Texas, starting Jul 7, 2026. This role involves providing critical care in a Trauma Center with ER beds, handling a diverse patient demographic including trauma, pediatric, and geriatric cases. Shifts are typically 12 hours (7-7), and key responsibilities include life-saving procedures like intubation, extubation, and ventilation management.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide care within a Trauma Center with ER beds.
• Collaborate with a team including Family Practice Physicians, a Pediatrician, and FNPs.
• Manage a patient demographic comprising 20% Trauma, 30% Pediatric, and 25% Geriatric cases.
• Perform all required life-saving procedures including Intubation, Extubation, Ventilation Management, H&P, and Emergency Codes.
