Already have your Class A CDL but little or no experience?

We want to hear from you!

This is NOT a CDL training school. Applicants must already hold a valid Class A CDL and DOT Medical Card before applying.

We are looking for newly licensed CDL drivers who are eager to start their trucking career. Through our structured finishing program, you'll receive paid hands-on training with experienced mentors before operating on your own.

Pay and Schedule

• $22.00/hour during your first year
• Work only 3 days per week
• Home daily
• Consistent year-round schedule
• Paid training and mentorship

What You'll Do

• Haul Amazon freight using modern equipment
• Local and regional routes
• No-touch, drop-and-hook freight
• Learn Amazon Relay, Geotab ELD, HOS compliance, backing, trailer handling, and safe driving practices
• Complete a structured mentoring program before operating solo

Minimum Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL (Required)
• Valid DOT Medical Card
• Ability to pass a DOT drug screen and background check
• Clean MVR
• Safe driving attitude and willingness to learn
• Comfortable using smartphones, GPS, and ELD technology
