Residential Team Leader

The Residential Team Leader will oversee medium to large teams, ensuring effective management and operations within residential settings. This role involves maintaining strong client communication, overseeing residential activities, resolving conflicts, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards. The leader will also be responsible for training development and budget monitoring to meet organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage teams of 6 to 10 or more members in residential environments
• Maintain moderate client interaction to ensure satisfaction and address concerns
• Oversee residential operations and uphold safety and quality standards
• Resolve conflicts promptly
• 
  Knowledge of safety standards in residential settingsto maintain team cohesion and client trust
• Prepare and deliver regular reports on team performance and residential status
• Facilitate training and professional development for team members
• Monitor and manage budget to align with operational requirements
