Marque Urgent Care and Marque Physical Therapy are proud to continue expanding our Physical Therapy services in Aliso Viejo. Our mission is to provide compassionate, patient-centered care that helps our community live healthier, more active lives. We are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated California-licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team.
Hours: Monday - Wednesday, 8 AM - 5 PM
This opportunity is ideal for a PTA looking to be part of something meaningful and help shape the continued growth of a well-established clinic with a strong local reputation. We are ideally seeking coverage three days per week at our Aliso Viejo location, though the schedule can remain flexible with Monday through Friday availability based on the right candidate’s preferences.

Position Summary
The Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) will work closely with the supervising Physical Therapist to implement individualized rehabilitation programs for patients recovering from musculoskeletal injuries, post-surgical procedures, and movement-related impairments. This role is best suited for a team-oriented professional who values evidence-based care, strong patient relationships, and clinical excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out individualized treatment plans established by the supervising Physical Therapist
- Provide direct patient care including therapeutic exercise, manual techniques, and functional movement training
- Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, recovery expectations, and injury prevention strategies
- Collaborate with referring physicians, urgent care providers, and clinical staff to ensure continuity of care
- Accurately document patient progress and maintain compliance with all regulatory standards
- Support clinic growth through excellent patient experiences, professionalism, and community engagement
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) program
- Current California PTA license in good standing
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and clinical skills
- Outpatient orthopedic or sports medicine experience preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but not required
