Estimator

$140K–$200K base salary.

We're hiring a Senior Estimator to price industrial insulation and fireproofing work for one of the largest specialty industrial services companies in North America.

If you're estimating SFRM, intumescent fireproofing, or industrial insulation at a smaller shop and feeling boxed in, this is the seat that fixes it.

• Multi-scope estimating — you'll bid integrated scopes (insulation, fireproofing, scaffold support), not the same single product on repeat.

What you'll do:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and quantity takeoffs for industrial insulation and passive fire protection (SFRM and intumescent)
• Review drawings, specs, and scopes to build accurate, competitive bids
• Quantify material, labor, and equipment across refinery, petrochemical, and power/industrial projects
• Partner with operations and project teams to scope, plan, and hand off awarded work
• Manage multiple concurrent bids and deadlines

What you need:

• 5+ years estimating industrial insulation, SFRM, or intumescent fireproofing
• Experience pricing refinery, petrochemical, or power work
• Proficiency with takeoff/estimating software — Bluebeam or similar.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• TWIC card is a plus, not a requirement

Compensation & benefits:

• $140,000–$200,000 base salary + bonus
