Full-Time Delivery Team Manager/ Driver - (Requires Class B CDL)

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

Lead Delivery Team Members (Drivers) are primarily responsible for managing a small delivery crew on-site, loading, transporting, and delivering various rental items (primarily furniture) to event sites.

Delivery Team Members maintain the highest form of professionalism representing Distressed Rentals & Revival.

Responsibilities:

• On-time arrival for work shift(s).
• Dependable performance.
• Lead and maintain a cohesive delivery crew through verbal direction, efficient planning, and leadership through example.
• Practice safe driving.
• Transport furniture without damage.
• Complete all deliveries and load outs on time.
• Learn to read floor plans and perform on-site leadership.
• Warehouse Readiness & Quality Control
• Keep rental items and materials organized.
• Keep a clean work environment in order to maintain a superior standard.
• Pull correct orders.
• Load trucks properly.
• Assist with reviewing orders before and after loading inventory.
• Complete all deliveries and load outs on time.
• Professional delivery and placement of furniture on-site.
• Face-to-face interaction on-site with clients.

Experience:

• Must be customer service oriented.
• Must demonstrate excellent communication skills.
• This position is physically intensive and requires frequent bending, lifting, and the ability to lift 50lbs.
• Well organized.
• Flexible schedule within a fast-paced event work environment.
• Class B CDL is required or 5 years of large straight truck experience may be considered.
