Bartender

The bartender plays a crucial role in a restaurant setting, primarily responsible for preparing and serving drinks during our brunch shifts. Operating as a solo bartender, this position demands proficiency in classic cocktail mixology, exemplary customer service, and efficient cash handling. The role requires maintaining a clean and safe bar area while managing inventory and orders independently.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve drinks with expertise in classic cocktails
• Deliver excellent customer service to patrons
• Manage inventory and replenish stock as needed
• Handle cash transactions accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and safety compliance in the bar area
• Take and process customer orders efficiently
• Perform regular bar maintenance and cleaning tasks

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of bartending experience
