Carpenter

Overview
We are growing!! Therefore, we are seeking an additional highly motivated, skilled Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in carpentry, with the ability to work on various projects including construction, and renovation. Excellent work ethic, and the ability to work 50 - 60 hours a week are a must. Must be able to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 80+ lbs routinely. This role requires proficiency in using power tools and the ability to read and interpret schematics. A commitment to quality craftsmanship and attention to detail is essential.

Established in 2015, we are a family owned company that constructs custom pole barns and barndominiums, along with framing homes and performing exterior renovations.

We take pride in excellent workmanship and maintaining a clean and positive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and install structures and fixtures made from wood, plywood, and wallboard.
• Install framing systems (post frame and stud frame).
• Install metal roofing systems (steel and shingle)
• Install various siding systems
• Install windows and doors to manufacture specifications
• Collaborate with other tradespeople to ensure project completion according to specifications.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute projects accurately.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Carpenter or similar role in construction or woodworking.
• Proficiency with power tools and hand tools commonly used in carpentry.
• Strong understanding of building codes and safety regulations.
• Ability to read schematics and technical documents effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
• Comfortable working at heights (up to 30')
