Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Account Manager to join our landscaping business. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of client accounts, building strong relationships, and driving customer satisfaction. Account Management: Oversee the entire lifecycle of client projects, from initial consultation to completion.Collaborate with internal teams, such as designers, technicians, and landscapers, to ensure projects are executed smoothly.Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring adherence to deadlines and financial targets.Monitor project progress, resolve any issues, and communicate updates to clients and stakeholders. Customer Service and Support: Provide exceptional customer service, promptly responding to client inquiries, requests, and concerns.Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring effective communication and problem resolution.Address any service-related issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner.Strive to exceed customer expectations and maintain a high level of client satisfaction. Business Development and Growth: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to existing clients.Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies to expand the client base.Attend industry events, networking functions, and trade shows to build relationships and generate leads.Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to provide valuable insights. Financial Management: Collaborate with the accounting team to create accurate project estimates and proposals.Monitor project costs and budgets, ensuring profitability and cost-effectiveness.Review and approve client invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely billing.Address any billing disputes or discrepancies in a professional and timely manner. Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, design, and operations, to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.Provide necessary project details and specifications to internal teams and coordinate their efforts.Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, promoting teamwork and effective communication.
