Social Worker (MSW/LMSW/LCSW)

Sid Jacobson JCC is seeking a warm, collaborative social worker to join our dedicated team. Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree in Social Work required

  • LMSW or LCSW in New York State required

  • Experience facilitating groups and supporting individuals in healthcare, community-based preferred

  • Initiative to find and use community resources related to medical support, grief, mental health, and wellness services

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a compassionate and professional approach

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively

  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications and learning additional software systems as needed

This role includes two evening programs per week to ensure accessibility for participants.

Salary range: $60,000–$65,000, commensurate with experience
