Position Overview
This position is responsible for providing administrative, operational support, and/or sales support to the Equipment Finance Sales and Management Teams. May be involved in the creation of equipment loan and lease (finance) documentation and servicing of all new and existing Equipment Finance customers. Job responsibilities will include general support with focused responsibilities toward either Documentation Administration or Sales Support; the incumbent would be cross trained to know all areas.
Essential Job Functions
- Communicate professionally with vendors and customers directly.
- Strong understanding and working knowledge of equipment leasing, credit structures and due diligence, finance documentation and collateral lien perfection to apply to daily work.
- Responsible for following internal controls, policies and procedures when completing assigned duties.
- Maintain current knowledge of banking and lending rules and regulations and assure compliance with all bank policies and procedures, as well as applicable state and federal regulations.
- Other duties or projects as assigned by management as it pertains to the Equipment Finance division.
Additional Responsibilities - Documentation Administration Focus
- Create documentation to be reviewed by VP, Equipment Finance Administration before releasing to sales/vendors.
- Ensure required finance documentationis accurate, and all credit requirements are met prior to sending over to the funding division of the bank.
- Ensure collateral is properly perfected. Responsible for tracking and receiving any follow-up exception items.
- Communicate proper title process for titled vehicles. Track and follow for receipt of original titles.
- Collaborate with all other Bank departments and internal counsel on optimizing the production, delivery and closing of equipment finance documentation.
Additional responsibilities - Sales Support Focus
- Promptly respond to all customer service inquiries.
- Act as a secondary point of contact for clients and vendor partners, helping manage communication and documentation. This includes gathering missing and incomplete information.
- Support the development of initial credit submittal by gathering credit applications, financials and other materials needed for submission.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns, proposals and presentation materials to support sales effort.
- Prepare and submitdocumentation request.
Minimum Requirements
High School Diploma (or equivalent) and two or more years of experience in Commercial loan operations, Equipment Finance, and/or Commercial Banking; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

- Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, T-Value.
Preferred, but not required
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of equipment leasing documentation and processing experience
- Experience utilizing LaserPro, Xperience and Vision Commerce software, a plus.

This position requires the incumbent to work onsite on a daily basis to perform the regular responsibilities of the role.
Compensation & Benefits
Base pay: $26.24 -$34.11
