Babysitter Needed for my Children

My child does not have any special medical or developmental needs. We are looking for someone to help with diaper changes, naps, and age-appropriate play and activities. A typical day includes playtime, meals/snacks, outdoor walks when weather permits, and naps. The caregiver would usually work from around 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and would be caring for the child together with the childs grandmother. He is almost 1-year-old and loves to crawl, explore his surroundings, and stay engaged with people and activities.
