Our client, a public healthcare services organization, is seeking a Client Service Representative – Outreach to join their team. As a Client Service Representative, you will be part of the Field Operations Department supporting the Enrollment & Community Outreach Team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Bilingual CSR – Outreach
Location: Oakdale, CA
Pay Range: $20.00/hour
Must speak, write and read in fluent Spanish
What’s the Job?
- Conduct face-to-face outreach and enrollment services through individual and group presentations
- Educate beneficiaries on Managed Care Options and assist with healthcare plan usage
- Support enrollment and disenrollment processes, including data entry and documentation
- Build relationships with community partners and participate in outreach events
- Maintain accurate records and meet performance, production, and quality standards
What’s Needed?
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Valid CA driver’s license, insurance, and ability to travel locally
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
