Accounts Payable (AP) Processor
Location: Midvale, UT

Shift: Onsite M-F 8-4/9-5 MT
Pay Rate: $20 - $25

Duration: 3-4 months w/ possible extension-conversion

Interview Process: 1 Round, Virtual

Overview:
A large healthcare client is seeking experienced Accounts Payable Processors to support a high-volume backlog of invoices. This role requires strong true AP experience (not data entry) focused on accurate invoice processing, discrepancy resolution, and financial validation.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven Accounts Payable experience (not data-entry focused)
• Hands-on experience with PO processing and 2-way/3-way matching
• Strong attention to detail with ability to review, validate, and correct invoice discrepancies
• Experience handling moderately complex financial transactions and reconciliations
• Strong problem-solving skills within AP/accounting systems
• Ability to analyze, research, and resolve invoice and payment discrepancies independently
• Proficiency with calculations, verifications, and financial record maintenance
• Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines in a high-volume environment
• Effective communication and collaboration with internal teams and vendors

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and validate a high volume of invoices with a high degree of accuracy
• Perform 2-way/3-way PO matching and resolve discrepancies
• Review invoices line-by-line, ensuring accuracy and compliance with AP policies
• Investigate and resolve issues related to pricing, quantities, or missing information
• Support timely payment processing and backlog reduction
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure clean and timely transactions
