Job Description
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications and Experience:
- Current CTC Certification in Moderate/Severe, ESN, or an equivalent credential (required)
- Recent experience working as a Special Education Teacher in a school-based setting, preferably with elementary students
- Strong knowledge of IEP development, implementation, and progress monitoring
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- A flexible and compassionate approach to teaching, supporting diverse learning needs
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging, individualized instruction and support for elementary students identified with moderate to severe needs
- Collaborate with general educators, therapists, and families to create and modify IEPs, implement accommodations, and set measurable goals
- Maintain accurate records, progress reports, and compliance documentation
- Employ a variety of instructional strategies and behavior management techniques
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment where every student is empowered to achieve their full potential
