Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Work directly with a dynamic educational community committed to helping students thrive. Multiple full-time positions are open, with 4 roles at 7.5 hours per day and another at a .7 schedule. Enjoy a varied caseload with a limit of 48, typically ranging from 48-60 students, allowing you to sharpen your expertise and make a real difference.

Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
  • Active SLP-CCC credential
  • Valid ESA certification for Washington State
  • Current Washington SLP license
  • Successfully fingerprinted through OSPI before the start date
  • Previous experience working with school-aged children (K-12) is highly valued
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services to students across K-12 settings
  • Evaluate, diagnose, and create evidence-based therapy plans for speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Participate actively in IEP development, meetings, and case management
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress
  • Maintain documentation, progress reports, and compliance with legal and district requirements
  • Support multidisciplinary teams and contribute to a positive school culture
